The Voice + Vision project represents TCNJ’s resolute commitment to racial and social justice. The project includes 25 portraits and audio stories of students, faculty, staff, and alumni who represent various under-represented identities throughout the history of the college. The project addresses race, racism, anti-racism, and allyship, creating a platform that highlights the import and impact of being seen and heard. Voice + Vision is designed to build more empathetic and responsive communities that foster inclusion and belonging. The initiative is comprised of mobile and web sites, audio stories, a video, and an exhibition.
